I really don't like to buy fish here in Chuuk's markets, i prefer buying in Philippines' fish markets. Why? In Chuuk, I do the cleaning and slicing of fish (which I don't do very well) but in the Philippines, all I would do is start cooking them - the marketeers do the cleaning and slicing, aren't they doing a service well-done?
